What do we do?

  • We take a brief or existing job description from our client, pass it on to the advertising team who then use their expertise to add key words and maximise the effect of the ad.
  • Once the advert is approved by the client, we then post on up to 100 aggregated job boards and jobseeker websites for 30 days
  • Existing candidates are sourced from our current database or online CV databases, telephone interviewed and sent to the client if they pass our ‘suitability test’
  • All new applicants received as a result from the job advertisement are also telephone interviewed and sent over if suitable
  • A dedicated Account Manager will be assigned to your campaign and will regularly update you with any candidates suitable, and all new applicants that are deemed suitable.

What do you do?

  • When prompted, send over an old/current or brief job description for the vacancy you need our assistance with
  • Your dedicated Account Manager will then send you a proof of the updated advert for approval
  • Once approved, payment is required to launch the campaign and the adverts go live instantaneously
  • Your Account Manager will then maintain regular communication and update you with candidates suitable for the role
  • You make the decision as to whether you would like to interview them and liaise with your account manager (we can arrange interviews or you can do this in house)
  • Make a decision about who you would like to recruit, there is no limit from the candidates you receive
